We are taking a big step forward: Onderdelen.bike is becoming Ebikepartners.

In these frequently asked questions, you can read what this means for you and how you can quickly get started in our updated environment.

We want a name that better reflects our international collaboration with brands, suppliers, and bicycle manufacturers.

Ebikepartners makes it immediately clear, both in the Netherlands and abroad, who we are and what we stand for: your partner in e-bike parts, service, and support.

You can continue to place orders as usual. The people, service, and terms and conditions remain the same.

Only the name, look and feel, and webshop environment have been updated—so that we can work even better and grow in the future.

No, that's not necessary. We have already set up your existing account in the new webshop. All you need to do is set a new password via the activation email you received from us.

Don't worry—all your customer data, order history, and terms and conditions will be saved and can still be viewed via the old system if necessary. We can also send them to you if you wish.

This means you will retain access to your previous orders and invoices.

Yes, partially. Our dealer prices remain the same. However, due to a new calculation method, the recommended retail prices (RRP) will change.

  • The contractual agreements and discounts for dealers remain unchanged.
  • The new recommended retail prices are visible in the webshop and on product pages

The website onderdelen.bike will remain accessible for the time being, but will automatically redirect to ebikepartners.com.

This way, you can always find us—even if you accidentally type in the old name.
