We are not a large team, but we do great work. With five, sometimes six people, each with their own specialty and years of experience at Stella itself. When parts became hard to obtain after the bankruptcy, we started Ebikepartners: first as onderdelen.bike, specifically for Stella parts. Now we help hundreds of bike mechanics daily to get Stella riders back on the road. Feel free to call us, you will just get Martin, Gert, or Max on the line.

Stella has gone bankrupt and restarted. What does that mean for your bike?
In November 2024, Stella Bicycles went bankrupt. At the beginning of 2025, the brand made a restart under new ownership and the stores reopened on March 1, 2025, in a streamlined form. The brand still exists. However, for many owners, something did change: the familiar route of a location or home mechanic is no longer a given. Your Stella is still easy to maintain and repair: through the certified service points in our network, with parts from our inventory. Find a service point near you above or fill out the form.
Common Stella problems
Most malfunctions on a Stella come down to a handful of causes: a battery that doesn't last as long or no longer charges, a display that won't turn on or shows an error code, or pedal assistance that drops out. Often, simply restarting the bike or repositioning the battery helps. If the problem persists, a service point will read your Stella with professional diagnostic equipment, so you never replace an expensive part unnecessarily.
What about your Stella warranty?
That depends on when you bought your bike. If you bought your Stella after the restart, the warranty is through Stella itself. For bikes from before the bankruptcy, you can no longer rely on the old factory warranty in practice, and we cannot take over that warranty either. What we can do: repair your bike at fair costs, with a warranty on the parts and the work performed through the service point.
Which battery or part fits your Stella?
Stella has used various battery systems and components over the years, so not everything fits every model. Check the sticker on your current battery for the type, or keep your frame number handy. Are you in doubt? Send us a photo of the battery sticker and your frame number, and we will look up the correct type for you. This way, you never order the wrong part.

About Stella maintenance and repair
Unfortunately, we cannot take over the warranty from Stella Bikes. We also cannot claim the parts from the original supplier. We understand that this is very frustrating, especially if the bike is not that old.
A large part of repairs can be performed by any bike mechanic, provided they are willing to do so. It may be that a bike mechanic is not open to repairing Stella bikes. On our homepage, you can find all affiliated dealers who want to proactively provide service for Stella bikes.
Your bike may currently be running on outdated software. With our specially developed dealer software, we can ensure that your bike is updated to the latest software version so that everything works optimally again. Please visit one of our service centers for this service.
After validation, we provide service points access to parts, knowledge, and software. We support service points in correctly performing repairs. Ultimately, customer satisfaction of the end user becomes an important indicator for us.

Yes. Many faults in e-bikes are in the electronics or software. Silver and gold service points can detect faults with diagnostic equipment and solve them specifically.
