Unfortunately, we cannot take over the warranty from Stella Bikes. We also cannot claim the parts from the original supplier. We understand that this is very frustrating, especially if the bike is not that old.
A large part of repairs can be performed by any bike mechanic, provided they are willing to do so. It may be that a bike mechanic is not open to repairing Stella bikes. On our homepage, you can find all affiliated dealers who want to proactively provide service for Stella bikes.
It is possible that your bike is currently running on outdated software. With our specially developed dealer software, we can ensure that your bike is updated to the latest software version, so everything functions optimally again.
