Here are some frequently asked questions about our company.
We help professionals with parts, training, and software so they can properly repair and maintain Stella bikes, among other things. In this way, we contribute to the sustainable and safe use of e-bikes. We focus primarily on making hard-to-find parts available.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any warranty claims from Stella Fietsen. This is because we are unable to claim for the parts from the original supplier ourselves. We understand that this is very inconvenient, especially if the bicycle is not very old.
Most repairs can be carried out by any bicycle repair shop, provided they are willing to do so. Some bicycle repair shops may not be willing to repair Stella bicycles. Our homepage lists all affiliated dealers who are willing to proactively provide service to Stella bicycles.
We primarily supply through specialist retailers. We do not rule out the possibility of supplying private individuals in the future through partners for components that require only limited technical knowledge.
Following the bankruptcy of Amslod, we also started supplying parts for Amslod bicycles. These are mainly e-bike parts for the Vinka and Bafang systems. We supply motors, displays, batteries, and sensors to service points throughout the Netherlands.
It is possible that your bike is currently running outdated software. With our specially developed dealer software, we can ensure that your bike is updated to the latest software version, so that everything functions optimally again.
Any company can register as a service point. We apply a number of criteria to assess whether we will convert your registration into an account that can place orders. We use these criteria to ensure that the end user can be properly assisted.
We deliver everything directly from stock. In principle, everything ordered before 3 p.m. will be delivered the next day.
We started with parts for Stella bicycles, but now we also stock other hard-to-find parts from brands such as Amslod.
After validation, we give service points access to parts, knowledge, and software. We support service points in carrying out repairs correctly. Ultimately, end-user customer satisfaction is an important indicator for us.
There are quite a few things you can do yourself. Tires, chains, and more general parts are available from your local bicycle repair shop.
Maintenance can also be carried out by many local and mobile bicycle repair shops. Stella herself is now playing an active role in this again.
