Personal data we process

We process personal data that you actively provide to us or that is automatically collected during your use of our services. This includes:

Customer accounts

A customer account is required to place orders (B2B). This account allows you to manage your personal details, view your orders, and update your details. If you delete your account, we will only retain data that is required by law, such as invoices.

Orders, quotes, and customer contact

When you place an order, request a quote, fill out the contact form, contact us by phone, or if you are an existing customer reaching out, we process your name, contact details, and the content of your message to handle the contact. Basis: execution of the agreement, or our legitimate interest in being able to answer your question properly.

Customer accounts and services

For creating and managing your customer account, processing orders, and delivering products, we process name, contact details, and order history. Basis: execution of the agreement.

Financial administration

For invoicing and accounting, we process payment and invoice details. Basis: legal obligation (tax administration requirement).

Newsletters and marketing communication via email

If you have signed up for this, we send newsletters and offers via email. Basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

Website analysis and online advertisements

We use cookies and similar techniques for website analysis (such as Google Analytics) and online advertisements, including remarketing (such as Google Ads, managed via Google Tag Manager). Children under the age of 16

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 16. However, we cannot always verify the age of a visitor. We therefore advise parents to keep an eye on their children's online behavior.
