Return period

At Ebikepartners, you have the right to cancel your order up to 21 days after receipt without giving any reason.


Return policy

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and complete. If this is a warranty claim, please review our warranty policy.
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, if reasonably possible.
  • If applicable, all included accessories, manuals, and other items are included.


Excluded from return

The following products are excluded from return:

  • Products manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly intended for a specific person.


Return procedure

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us of your return: Notify us of your return within the 21-day return period via https://onderdelen.shipping-portal.com/rp. Please include your order number, postal code, and the reason for return (optional).
  • Pack the product: Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.
  • Send the product: Send the product, together with a copy of the invoice or packing slip, to the following return address: Onderdelen.bike, Galvaniweg 11, 8071SC Nunspeet.


Refund

After receiving and checking the returned products:

  • We will refund the purchase price, including any standard shipping costs for the initial delivery, as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
  • We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.


Deviating arrangements

If there are any different arrangements regarding returns (for example, in the case of certain customer groups or specific agreements), these will be set out in writing.

A different return process applies to batteries. They may be returned, but this must be done using ADR transport. If we have to organize this, it will cost €25 per return shipment.
