Warranty period
Ebikepartners guarantees the quality of its products. This warranty policy describes the terms and conditions relating to the warranty on the products we supply.
- New products: All new products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- Used and as good as new products: Used and as good as new products are covered by a warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
The warranty covers only manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect use or installation
- Improper storage or maintenance
- External causes, such as accidents, falls, blows, or extreme temperatures
- Reparaties of wijzigingen die niet door Ebikepartners of een erkende reparateur zijn uitgevoerd
The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty is only valid upon presentation of the original purchase invoice or other valid proof of purchase.
Warranty processing
Bij een geldig beroep op de garantie heeft Ebikepartners het recht om:
- Repair the defective product.
- Replace the defective product with an identical product.
- If an identical product is not available, deliver a product that is comparable to the defective product in terms of specifications and quality.
- If repair, replacement, or a comparable product is not possible, refund the purchase price (or part thereof).
Ebikepartners reserves the right to determine the method of warranty settlement. In the event of a refund, a reduction in value may be charged if the product has been used.
Warranty claim procedure
- Please register your return via ourreturnportal or contact our customer service department atsupport@ebikepartners.com to file a warranty claim.
- Please include your order number, the defective product, and a clear description of the problem.
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer service department to return the defective product.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging, if reasonably possible.
Costs
- The costs for returning a product under warranty are borne by the customer, unless the warranty claim is found to be valid.
- In the event of a valid warranty claim, the costs of shipping a replacement product to the customer will be borne by Ebikepartners.
Exclusions and limitations
- To the extent permitted by law, Ebikepartners is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or other damage resulting from a defective product.
- This warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
Applicable law
This warranty policy is governed by Dutch law.
