Inner engine Shengyi Eleon HD16

Internal engine unit (rotor and stator assembly) for the Shengyi HD16 front-wheel motor, used in Stella/Eleon e-bikes with front-wheel drive from model year 2017 onward (motor type DGW23M). Replace this part when the motor no longer provides assist or makes an unusual noise; fitting it into the existing motor housing takes about 15 minutes. The freewheel and locking ring of the HD16 motor are separate components and are not included. The motor housing, spokes, and connector remain unchanged — only the internal engine unit is replaced.
