System error codes
The code appears on the display. Origin indicates where the error occurs: the controller, the BMS of the battery, or the system as a whole.

Stella Eleon-Specific and General Error Codes
These codes are common on Stella models with a front-wheel motor or a dedicated rear-wheel motor.
Error 21 - Power Supply Problem
Cause: Poor connection between the battery and the controller.
Solution: Check the contacts in the battery holder for corrosion, dirt, or bending. Clean the contacts with electronics cleaner and make sure the battery locks securely into the slot.
Error 22 - Error in the steering assist system
Cause: Sensor malfunction or a problem with the throttle valve/speed sensor.
Solution: Check the wiring for the rotation sensor or pedal force sensor. If possible, calibrate the sensor using the diagnostic software.
Error 23 - Connection error between the motor and the battery
Cause: a broken cable or a loose connector in the circuit.
Solution: Check the wiring harness from the motor to the controller and battery. Pay particular attention to the connectors near the handlebars and the rear fork.
Error 24 - Motor Malfunction (Drive Unit)
Cause: Internal hardware error in the motor, or the controller is reporting a fault.
Solution: Test the motor phases. If the error persists after a system reset and inspection of the motor cable, the drive unit is defective.
Error 25 - Brake Sensor Malfunction
Cause: The sensor in the brake lever is stuck or has an electronic interruption.
Solution: Check if the brake lever fully returns. Clean or replace the brake sensor if it remains activated.
Error 30 / T30 - Communication error display and controller
Cause: the controller is not receiving data from the display (or vice versa). Often caused by moisture or excessive pressure on the wiring harness in the controller housing.
Solution: disconnect the display connector and check for moisture. In the Livorno models, the controller may be tightly fitted in the frame, causing pins of the battery connector to pinch; check the internal wires and reposition them carefully.
