It took a bit longer before we could communicate with you again. The acquisition of Stella was in the news last Monday. The acquiring party is not unknown to us, and the first coordination has been made. A lot is coming their way, and we notice that they need some time. We have agreed with the curator that we will remain in consultation, and we will adhere to this. Our approach is one of collaboration. We are convinced that the service for all e-bikes is only possible by seeking broad cooperation. We are focusing on all Stella e-bikes that were delivered up until the bankruptcy.
Meanwhile, we are seeing an increasing number of reports coming in from Stella users, and we realize that the discomfort is growing.
We are working hard to make our platform and the necessary components available. There are already many suppliers who are proactively assisting us and will be delivering items to us next week, but in some cases, production still needs to take place, or we are even exploring a redevelopment of the component.
As annoying as it is, we make no compromises on quality, and that takes time. Additionally, we want to distribute the available parts as fairly as possible.
We do our utmost, but we also ask for understanding.
