Why this change?
We used to be called Onderdelen.bike, but that felt a bit ordinary.
We want to be special — and at the same time clear to all our customers, including those outside the Netherlands and Belgium.
That’s why we have revamped our webshop and treated ourselves to a new logo and a new name: Ebikepartners. A fresh look, a renewed webshop, and a clear focus: to be a partner for bike shops that want to provide service..
What is new?
In addition to our new name, we have also completely revamped our webshop and systems. Not only with a new look, but above all with the right foundation for further growth.
The new environment is faster, more organized, and better designed for the future. This way, we can support our customers even more efficiently — with up-to-date product information, improved inventory management, and a smooth ordering process..
In short: we have updated the technology so that we can continue to provide even better service in the future.
When does this happen?
We will soon switch to our new webshop. We are starting with a testing phase for a select group of customers to ensure everything runs smoothly. After that phase, everyone will have access to the new environment..
Because we are transitioning to a new system, each customer will soon receive a separate email to create a new password. This ensures that everyone can access the updated shop safely and without hassle..
