Nunspeet – Ebikepartners celebrated the official opening of its new building last Friday with suppliers, customers, family, and friends. The move to the new location marks an important milestone in the rapid growth of the company, which is now preparing for the next step as a broad platform for e-bike parts.

Space for growth and inventory

One and a half years ago, the company – then operating under the name onderdelen.bike – started with a clear focus: providing parts for Stella bikes that were difficult to obtain at the time. Due to a significantly increasing and broader demand from the market, the product range has been greatly expanded recently. The company now supplies parts for various e-bike brands and systems, including the complete range for Amslod.

The move to the larger building in Nunspeet was a necessary step to facilitate this growth. The new location offers significantly more space for inventory management, logistics, and further expansion of services.

Direct support for the workshop

In practice, bicycle mechanics often encounter delays in their workshop because one specific, hard-to-find part is missing. Ebikepartners specifically focuses on solving this problem by not only making the parts – such as batteries, chargers, displays, and connectors – readily available, but also by actively collaborating with the workshop.

The company distinguishes itself through short lines and quick communication. Without complicated ticket systems, bike mechanics can directly connect with a specialist via email, phone, or WhatsApp, with most questions being answered within an hour.

International relations and future

To ensure quality and continuously refresh the product range, the team at Ebikepartners recently visited manufacturers and new suppliers in China. By maintaining these short, direct lines to the source, the company can quickly respond to specific requests and closely monitor new market developments.

The opening of the new building is not a final destination for Ebikepartners, but the foundation for further innovation and support in a market where e-bikes are becoming increasingly technically complex.
