Then we will provide a replacement battery free of charge. You contact our customer service, return the defective battery, and receive a new one as soon as possible.

The additional insurance covers damage from, for example, a fall or accident, and theft of the battery. This costs only €5 extra per month on top of your subscription.

Check your current battery or your user manual to see if you need a SlimFit 1.1 or SlimFit 2.1. Are you in doubt? Then contact us.

The subscription has a minimum duration of 12 months. After that, it can be canceled monthly.

If the battery has less than 70% of the original capacity, we will replace it free of charge with a new one.

Wij leveren zowel nieuwe als gebruikte accu’s uit. Welke accu je ontvangt, hangt af van de beschikbaarheid op dat moment. In alle gevallen geldt: elke accu wordt door ons grondig gecontroleerd, getest en technisch nagekeken voordat deze wordt uitgeleverd.

Je krijgt dus altijd een accu die 100% in orde, veilig en betrouwbaar is — ongeacht of deze nieuw of gebruikt is.
