The Vogue Apollo 36V CANBUS battery is the original replacement battery for Vogue e-bikes with a mid-motor drive. With a capacity of 13Ah and an energy content of 468Wh, this battery provides a reliable range for daily use.
The Apollo battery is available in two communication variants: UART and CANBUS. The correct type can be read on the underside of the existing battery. As a general rule, the CANBUS variant is suitable for Vogue e-bikes with a mid-motor, and the UART variant is for models with front or rear wheel drive.
The battery is equipped with a Smart BMS that provides protection against overcharging, overheating, and deep discharge, and is IPX6+ certified for use in rain. Additionally, the battery has UN38.3, CE, and RoHS certification. The original Vogue charger (42V, round connector) remains usable.
It is important to choose the correct variant: the communication system of the bike determines which battery works. Installing the wrong variant can lead to communication problems.
